Payment/Shipping Policy
RepairtoolParts.com ensures every shipment in the fastest and least expensive available method while offering flat shipping based on the value of the order. Your order will be shipped via USPS or FedEx ensuring fast and error-free delivery. If you’ve ordered two or more items, you may receive your orders in multiple boxes and on different days. However, there are no additional charges for split shipments.
Payment Terms
We accept payments through Google Pay, Master Card, Visa, American Express & PayPal.
Please note that you will be charged when you place your order and not at the time of shipping. We strive for customer facilitation but upfront payment in full at the time of order is a compulsory prerequisite as most parts require special order placement with the respective manufacturers.
Product Pricing & Description
We work hard to keep our prices, model numbers, and descriptions up-to-date on the portal; however, some information on the website might be outmoded. Please be advised that RepairtoolParts.com will not be responsible for such incorrect and/or typographical mistakes in prices, model numbers, and/or descriptions on the site and we reserve the right to make corrections without any notice. You will be informed about any change in the information before your order is processed; orders with incorrect prices will not be honored.
RepairtoolParts.com Flat Shipping Rates
RepairtoolParts primarily offers flat shipping rates to its customers across the United States based on cart value. The local Pickup option is also available for our nearby customers.
Note:Cart value is the selling price of the product. Oversize and heavy items will be charged extra shipping and will be quoted separately.
Regular Special Order Items
If necessary, we can order special non-inventory items directly from the manufacturer, giving you access to every available power tool part. Special order items arrive at our warehouse first and are then shipped to our customers. Most special parts will ship approximately 1-2 weeks after the order is placed. There is no extra charge for special order items.
Back Ordered Items
If we do not have an item in our inventory and the manufacturer is also sold out of the item, it is considered to be on backorder. Unfortunately, if this is the case, we are unable to send you the part until the manufacturer supplies it to us, which can sometimes be weeks or even months. You can either drop that item from your order, or we will ship the item as soon as we receive it from the manufacturer.
Discontinued Parts
If the part you are looking for is discontinued, we are unable to sell the part because it is no longer available from the manufacturer. If for some reason you happen to order a discontinued part, we will contact you and make arrangements for a full refund.
Equivalent / Replacement Parts
If the part you are looking for is discontinued a replacement, or out of stock without an ETA, we may send you an equal quality, 100% compatible replacement part in lieu of any additional charges, in most cases. If the price difference is beyond our policy limits, then we will contact you first to adjust the price difference.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if a valid email address has been provided). During the transit of your package, you may enter that number into our Order Tracking section to check the status of your order.
You will receive more than one confirmation email if your order is fulfilled in multiple shipments. Please save these email invoices for your records.
Order Claim
Any claims regarding your shipment must be filed with RepairtoolParts.com.com within 3 business days of delivery. Claims filed after that time may not be honored.
Sales Tax
California residents must add 8.25% sales tax to their order. Shipping is exempted from sales tax.
International Shipping Policy
RepairtoolParts.com.com gladly accepts orders from all around the globe. However, our international shipping terms may vary depending on the destination and type of merchandise ordered.
Payments
Acceptable modes of payment are direct bank wire transfers (ETF) and PayPal only. We do NOT accept credit cards or check cards for international orders.
Independent freight / Free Shipping Policy
Please note that any flat-rate shipping charges or free shipping offers on RepairtoolParts.com are applicable only on shipments within the US. We do not process shipments outside the US and Canada*. International recipients must have their own verified FedEx/DHL/UPS account OR use any independent freight service to collect orders either from our warehouse (located in Vista, California) or their chosen destination anywhere within the US. Henceforth, recipients should contact their freight forwarders to connect the item to their destination country. RepairtoolParts.com will not negotiate/contact any freight service provider on the customer's behalf.
* Under the manufacturer's shipment policy, few merchandises are subjected to be shipped only within the USA. In such cases, international recipients would be liable for independent freight and any legal issues.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Your packages may be subject to the customs duties, fees, and import taxes of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility and are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. RepairtoolParts.com does not add any international tax, tariffs, or duties to orders.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be as customs policies vary widely from country to country. You are also responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported under all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Limitations
For products shipped internationally, please note that a regular manufacturer warranty may not be applicable as-is for US residents. Manufacturer service/repair options may not be available. Additionally, product manuals, instructions, and safety warnings may not be available in the destination country's languages. Products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring the use of an adapter or converter if appropriate).
