Return (RMA)

Electrical parts, service kits, parts kits, lubes, and oils can’t be returned as power tool manufacturers do not refund or exchange electrical parts (motors, switches, brushes, armatures, etc.) once shipped out to the customer.

Eligibility:

The customer is eligible to request RMA if he/she meets the following criteria.

  • RMA can be requested within 7 days of receipt of shipment.
  • RMA cannot be requested for an item to which any defect or damage is caused by the customer.
  • An unauthorized return is strictly unacceptable.
  • If we receive the item damaged due to any reasons during the transit, the return will become unacceptable and the customer may need to open a claim with the shippers.
  • Returns after 3 days of receiving the RMA will nullify the eligibility.
  • Heavy or oversized items are ineligible to be returned through this channel, please email [email protected] or call us toll-free at 888-982-6540 for assistance with the returns of oversized items.
  • Used items cannot be returned or replaced.
